FAQs

Q: What is your address?

A: We are located at, 8 Levanswell Rd Moorabbin, just up from the car wash on Chesterville Road.

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are open 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Q: Are you a boarding kennel?

A: Officially yes, we are a fully registered and approved boarding facility. But we only offer boarding to the K9’s that are suitable to join in with Day Care. We don’t have pens like a traditional kennel because we are all about freedom and playtime. For your dog to be able to stay with us, they will need to do a minimum of 2 days doggy day care first. This gives your dog a chance to come and make some friends and socialise, meet the staff and check out our playgrounds and facility. Q: What about boarding on the weekends?

A: Over the weekends, its action packed for all our boarders. With all these walks and activities, we are unable to run our reception as well. Our focus is the best possible care for our K9’s so rather than spending time waiting for humans, we spend all our time with the dogs ensuring everyone gets their walks and attention. Therefore there is strictly no picking up and dropping off dogs on weekends.

Q: I’m not sure how my dog will go with other dogs.

A: From the most timid to the most boisterous, our Day Care centre is split up into 10 playgroups. We match dogs for suitable play friends by size, personality and energy levels. Even the most timid dogs are playing and having fun in no time at all. An introduction day applies to all new K9’s, so we can assess their needs and personality.

Q: I’m a regular day care user, do I need to book in?

A: Bookings are essential. If our phone is unattended, you are welcome to leave a message, and if we can’t do your requested dates, we will give you a call back.

Q: How can I pay for services?

A: We accept cash, eftpos, visa and mastercard at our reception, or you can pay by card over the phone. Credit Card payments attract a 2% surcharge. Cheques are not accepted. Payment for each service is due by that morning. Some services offered in peak times such as school holidays, Easter and Xmas may require a non-refundable deposit or pre-payment.

Q: What is the maximum group size for dog walking?

A: Our groups have a maximum of 4 dogs per group to ensure that each dog can be properly supervised. Or of course our Individual Walks are one-on-one.

Q: Where are the dogs walked and exercised?

A: We walk the dogs in many of the dog friendly beaches and parks throughout the Kingston and Bayside area, in accordance with council regulations. Private walks can also be in the streets surrounding your home.

Q: My dogs vaccinated, but I don’t have the certificate. Can I bring it later?

A: Strictly not. Without your certificate stating a C5 vaccination has been given in the last 12 months, there is absolutely no playtime with other K9s within our facility.
